Open Call for Regions

Through the Financial Support for Third Parties mechanism, the project supports 69 Regions in performing regional Climate Risk Assessments. The first Open Call was launched on the 8th of December 2023 and closed the 22nd of March 2024 while the second Open Call ran from the 1st of July 2024 until the 15th of October 2024.

What are the benefits?

CLIMAAX Open Call beneficiaries receive:

Up to 300,000 EUR lump sum funding per project;
Access and bespoke support to the CRA toolbox;
Methodological guidance and support through the CLIMAAX helpdesk;
Technical advice and counseling to implement the locally tailored methodologies using local data and approaches;
Access to the outreach and engagement events organized by CLIMAAX
